Rob Cole and Jake Menges formed In the Field Global in 2016 and know how to win where others do NOT.  We served as senior advisors to blue state republicans Rudy Giuliani and George Pataki among the few to win in New York City and New York State in the last 35 years. Pataki won his last race by 18 points, a margin that the NY GOP has been losing by in its latest statewide races.

Cole also worked on the Scott Brown's successful race for United States Senate and Menges was involved in steering several national candidates to victory. Cole was deputy campaign manager and Advisor to Mitt Romney's 2008 Presidential campaign and helped create his leadership PAC Free and Strong America in 2008.

Both Menges and Cole have advised several international campaigns as senior strategists and advisors, including fomer President Donald Trump's super PAC Make America Great Again. Most recently, the duo helped guided Curtis Sliwa to victory in the Republican mayoral primary in New York City.
